Before and After – the recycling of a Queenslander

I sometimes have a brain freeze – especially when it comes to design, other times, the ideas just flow like a river…. usually too quick for me to get them down on paper and while I consider myself quite Computer savvy, I have yet to explore any Pin It type apps. (I think this may be the answer though – drat!)

A lovely lady emailed me recently about ideas for renovations…. hmmm…and in truth, I love looking at photos of before and after. One of the amazing things about my job is that I sometimes get to visit the house months after it has been delivered and see what extraordinary ideas other people have for their new homes. This is also one of the reasons we leave the Sold houses on the For Sale page. I encourage all my potential clients to look at the photos, see what they like and don’t about each house and floor plan. Grab ideas from as many places as possible and collate a list of ‘Wants’ and ‘Don’t wants’, this way, when we find you the right house – you know it is the right one for you.
