I can’t believe this gem it still for sale!! Of all the houses that I look at, when I walked into Stratton for the first time, I fell in love! (For anyone that knows me, I grew up in Chinchilla in a house just like this one) I looked past the hideous pink wallpaper (not my favourite colour) to see the beauty underneath. The wallpaper has been on my mind for awhile and now this rainy patch has given us the time to act on it. The teams both spent a few days out at the storage yard this week and started the transformation of Stratton.
Off came the louvre’s on the front, off came the aluminium cladding (awesome champhor boards und
er). They have opened up both front and side verandahs. Up came the carpet, up came the vinyl, out came the asbestos fake wall, out came the manky kitchen and bathroom. Busy Busy Boys!! The transformation is starting to show, now you can see the beautiful French Doors to Verandah, the virgin, unpolished 6″ hoop pine flooring and soon the VJ walls will come back to life.
